We have a bit of good news for Call the Midwife fans. Not only did the eleventh season recently debut on PBS, but all eight Season 10 episodes of this fan favorite just dropped on Netflix in the United States!
Premiering in January of 2012, the beloved BBC period drama follows the lives of a group of midwives living in East London in the late-1950s to late-1960s. As we noted above, Season 11 just debuted in the U.S. and, thankfully, the show has already been renewed for Seasons 12 and 13!
“It’s an incredible privilege to be able to look back on a decade of Call The Midwife, and yet know that our journey is still very far from over,” creator Heidi Thomas said in a statement. “We are thrilled to be going on for a few more years! Like Nonnatus House itself, we have a proud past but an even more exciting future — full of old favorites, fresh faces, higher hemlines, new ideas. The stories we tell are like babies — they never stop coming, we love them all, and we vow to do our best by every single one.”

Season 11 of Call the Midwife recently premiered on PBS. New episodes debut Sunday nights at 8:00 p.m. ET on the network. The season premiere is currently available to stream on the PBS website and PBS app.
WHEN WILL CALL THE MIDWIFE SEASON 11 BE ON NETFLIX?
Season 11 will eventually debut on Netflix in the U.S., but, sadly, the new season isn’t premiering on the streamer anytime soon. Season 9 arrived on the platform in September of 2020, and Season 10 debuted Monday, March 21, 2022.
Our best guess for the Call the Midwife Season 11 Netflix premiere date would be mid-2023.
