When the cast of Selling Sunset gathers for a reunion special on Netflix that’s set to air in early May, one of its biggest drama queens will be absent. Christine Quinn has contracted COVID-19 and will miss the Selling Sunset reunion after testing positive for the virus, TMZ reports. A rep for Quinn confirmed to the outlet that she tested positive and was unable to film the Netflix special.

“Christine tested positive for COVID on Saturday and out of an abundance of caution, she did not attend the reunion,” her rep shared with TMZ.

The reunion for Selling Sunset was taped on Sunday, a day after Quinn received her positive test result, according to TMZ. Along with Quinn, Selling Sunset star Amanza Smith also tested positive for COVID-19 and could not attend the taping in person, but did appear virtually via video chat technology.

Quinn skipped the reunion altogether; her rep told TMZ she did not feel well enough to appear by video call. As the cast member known for stirring up constant drama, her absence will certainly be felt during the reunion. The latest season of Selling Sunset concluded with a blowout fight between Quinn and her Oppenheim Group coworkers, who include Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, and Emma Hernan.

During the Season 4 finale, Quinn was confronted by her costars at a party, during which she had a tearful conversation with Fitzgerald about their disintegrating friendship. Quinn left the party early after the confrontation and drove away in her yellow Lamborghini.

While she won’t be participating in the Selling Sunset reunion, fans haven’t seen the last of Quinn since that fateful evening. She’s back with her scene-stealing antics in Season 5 of the reality hit, which premiered just last week on Netflix. In the latest season, Quinn pairs up with Selling Sunset newcomer Chelsea Lazkani, who is the latest realtor to join the Oppenheim Group.

The latest season of Selling Sunset is now streaming in full on Netflix, and the reunion will premiere on Netflix May 6.
