Tom Cruise is back in yet another brand-new action packed Top Gun movie dubbed Top Gun: Maverick, reprising his role as Pete “Maverick” Mitchell. The former skilled fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy is now teaching a new squadron of pilots who will soon be tasked with a very special mission. One of the students is Lt. Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw (Miles Teller), the son of Maverick’s best friend Goose (Anthony Edwards), who died in the original film. The team encounters Maverick’s biggest rival, Iceman (Val Kilmer), among others, all while Maverick is forced to confront his deepest fears and the ghosts of his past, culminating in a mission that will require the ultimate sacrifice from those who will be chosen to fly it. While you were most likely blown away by this incredible film, it may have left you thirsting for more. In the original Top Gun, which premiered in 1986, viewers were introduced to Pete Mitchell, code-named Maverick. The impulsive, daredevil Navy-pilot superstar is accepted into Miramar’s elite Fighter School, Top Gun. There, the young pilot will have to compete with the best of the best, including Iceman, a brilliant and highly competitive fellow student.
'Iron Eagle'
Col. Ted Masters (Tim Thomerson) crashes his plane in an Arab country where he’s sentenced to death for trespassing. His 18-year-old son Doug (Jason Gedrick) is determined to save him, however, he isn’t the best fighter pilot since he needs to listen to music in order to hit a target. He was also rejected from the Air Force. He enlists the help of Col. Chappy (Louis Gossett Jr.) to borrow a couple of F-16 planes, fly across the Atlantic and carry out a rescue mission.
'Pearl Harbor'
Based on real historical events, this 2001 movie centers on childhood friends Rafe McCawley (Ben Affleck) and Danny Walker (Josh Hartnett) as they enter World War II as pilots. Rafe is so eager to participate in the war that he travels to Europe to fight alongside England’s Royal Air Force. Back home, his girlfriend Evelyn (Kate Beckinsale), finds comfort in the arms of Danny. Rafe, Evelyn and Danny reunite in Hawaii just before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
'Behind Enemy Lines'
US Navy helicopter pilot Lt Chris Burnett (Owen Wilson) is a member of NATO who is part of the team observing the peace treaty during the conflict in former Yugoslavia. After getting bored with his regular duties, he takes a detour where he finds Serb forces breaching the peace agreement who shoot down his plane. He is now behind enemy lines and his only hope is that his commander will send in a rescue mission.

The US Army joins forces with the DEA to take down one of the biggest drug cartels operating in South America. When several aircrafts are shot down, CW2 Jake Preston (Nicolas Cage) and CW4 Brad Little (Tommy Lee Jones) hop in to the new AH-64 Apache which is dubbed the “Fire Bird” to carry their team to the finish line.
