The Tony Awards are back, baby, for the 75th annual ceremony! On June 12, Broadway’s biggest night will be live at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, celebrating some of your favorite actors and actresses.

And not only will you get to see stars receiving the awards, hosts like Darren Criss, Julianne Hough and Ariana DeBose will be anchoring the evening — a particular treat for the latter.

“I’m coming home! I’m so honored to celebrate 75 years of excellence in theatre, but more importantly, every member of this community who poured themselves into making sure the lights of Broadway have the opportunity to shine brightly once again!” DeBose said in a statement to Variety. “This is a dream come true, and I’m excited to see you all on June 12th.”

The show will include performances from all six of this year’s nominees for best musical (Girl From the North Country, MJ, Mr. Saturday Night, Paradise Square, Six: The Musical, and a Strange Loop) and two of three nominees for best revival of a musical (Company and The Music Man). The show will not include a performance from the third nominee in that category, Caroline or Change.

The ceremony will also include a reunion performance by the OG cast members of the 2007 musical Spring Awakening. The show was nominated for over 11 Tony awards and took home eight, including best musical.

The audience will be in for another treat as Michael Jackson’s offspring, Paris and Prince Jackson, will be presenting an award.

What Time Are The 2022 Tony Awards?

The 75th Annual Tony Awards airs from 7pm ET to 11pm ET, but there’s a little bit of a trick here.

The Tony Awards: Act One starts at 7 p.m. and will be hosted by Darren Criss and Julianne Hough; the two will be handing out awards and introducing performances before the real show begins. This first hour will only stream live on Paramount+, so you’ll need a subscription to watch.

Then at 8 p.m., we will be gazing over the beautiful award-winning actress and singer Arianna Debose as she takes over the second half of the evening. That part of the show will run roughly three hours and will air live, coast-to-coast, on both CBS and Paramount+.
