How Many Episodes Are in American Horror Stories Season 2?

American Horror Story‘s spinoff is moving up in the world. Whereas last season had seven episodes, Season 2 will have eight. New episodes will premiere on Hulu Thursdays starting this Thursday, July 21.

When Do New Episodes of American Horror Stories Season 2 Premiere?

As mentioned before, new episodes of this FX original premiere on Hulu Thursdays. New episodes should be available to stream starting at 3/2c a.m. Unlike other FX or Hulu originals, this horror series will follow a weekly release schedule.

Is There a Trailer for American Horror Stories Season 2?

There are few things that this franchise loves more than a good trailer, and Season 2 has an especially creepy one. Do you hate older men playing with oversized dolls? What about overly manicured kids you just know are evil? Sewing together flaps of skin? Hands emerging from murky bathtub water? Then great. You’re going to dig this season because it’s the stuff of nightmares.

Who Is in the Cast of American Horror Stories Season 2?

We may not know the premise of every episode or how these different stories connect to the AHS universe as a whole. But we certainly know who will be in the cast.

First up, our returning stars. Nico Greetham, who starred in American Horror Stories’ first season as well as in Ryan Murphy’s The Prom, is coming back. Additionally, Cody Fern (Apocalypse, 1984, Double Feature) is in for another round of AHStories terror.

Now, onto cast members who have appeared in the American Horror Story franchise as a whole. Denis O’Hare, Teddy Sears, Gabourey Sidibe, Max Greenfield, Seth Gabel, Cameron Cowperthwaite, Spencer Neville, Rebecca Dayan and Austin Wood have all starred in AHS, and all are back for this series. Joining this franchise for the first time are Bella Thorne, Judith Light, Britt Lower, Quvenzhané Wallis, Dominique Jackson, Kyla Drew, Kyanna Simone, Derrick Aguis, Jessika Van, Genevieve Aitken, Maryssa Menendez, Raven Scott, Sarah Silva, Houston Jax Towe, Madison Iseman, Kristine Froseth, and Alicia Silverstone. Yes, this is a big cast because this is a massive universe.

Only Light and Jackson have appeared in other Murphy projects. Light starred in The Politician, Impeachment: American Crime Story, and The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. As for Jackson, she’s best known for playing the stunning Elektra Evangelista in Pose.
