Drew Barrymore Admits to Sending Joanna Gaines Videos of Her “Screaming and Crying” While Renovating Her House on ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’
Get ready home improvement fanatics because Chip and Joanna Gaines are coming to an HBO Max screen near you. The duo and the streamer announced today that select content from their Magnolia Network will be available on the platform starting Sept. 30.
Aside from all five seasons of Fixer Upper being available to stream, Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines, The Lost Kitchen, Growing Floret, Family Dinner with Andrew Zimmern, Restoration Road with Clint Harp, and Maine Cabin Masters can also be watched on HBO Max.
While the entire slate of the network’s shows is currently available to stream on discovery+, more are expected to pop up on the HBO Max spotlight page in the coming months.
And as if that’s not enough, their new Fixer Upper series, Fixer Upper: The Castle, is set to drop on Magnolia Network, HBO Max, and discovery+ on Oct. 14.
“It’s always been our desire to highlight inspiring, authentic storytelling on Magnolia Network. We’re excited to be able to share these stories now with an even wider audience,” the Gaineses said in a release provided to Decider. “We can’t wait to bring these stories we love — including our next adventure, Fixer Upper: The Castle — to HBO Max this September.”
Last January, Magnolia Network made it to the top 25 basic cable networks and recently snagged five Emmy nominations. The move to put the network’s content on HBO Max comes as one of the first to blend WarnerMedia and Discovery content.
“Chip and Jo are without a doubt the most beloved duo in the home renovation and lifestyle space, with a legion of fans who have followed them from Fixer Upper to the launch of their very own network,” Casey Bloys, chief content officer for HBO and HBO Max, said in the same release. “We’re so excited to welcome them to the HBO Max family.”
