The new Quantum Leap revival premieres later tonight on NBC! To quote iconic quantum physicist Sam Beckett, “oh boy.”
The original Scott Bakula-led series, which is currently streaming on Peacock, lasted five seasons, airing 97 episodes from 1989 to 1993 on NBC. Beloved by fans, the popularity of the show has endured, and now after almost 30 years the series is about to return with new episodes.
The revival follows a new team, led by physicist Ben Song (Raymond Lee), who’ve been assembled to restart the time travel project in order to understand the mysteries behind the machine and the man who created it. Per NBC, “everything changes when Ben makes an unauthorized leap into the past, leaving the team behind to solve the mystery of why he did it.”
NBC’s Quantum Leap revival is a fun throwback that’ll entertain new and old fans alike. How can you watch the new series live online? Here’s everything you need to know.
WHO’S IN THE CAST OF QUANTUM LEAP 2022?
The revival stars Raymond Lee as physicist Ben Song and also features Caitlin Bassett, Ernie Hudson, Mason Alexander Park, and Nanrisa Lee.

WILL QUANTUM LEAP 2022 BE ON HULU OR PEACOCK?
Quantum Leap won’t be available for next-day streaming with a traditional Hulu account, but the series will be available on Peacock. The season premiere debuts Tuesday, September 20 on the streamer.
