Philadelphia defeated the St. Louis Cardinals, Braves, and San Diego Padres to advance to their first World Series since 2009. For the Astros, it’s business as usual. Houston won it all in 2017 and advanced to the World Series in both 2019 and 2021, losing to the Washington Nationals and Braves, respectively.
