Yellowstone is the textbook definition of appointment television. Last night, the fifth season of Taylor Sheridan’s incredibly popular western debuted on Paramount Network. Yellowstone is a tricky show to stream. New episodes aren’t available on Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, or Paramount+, but, luckily, you can still watch the season premiere for free. Where exactly can you watch the Season 5 premiere of Yellowstone? Here’s everything you need to know.

HOW MANY EPISODES ARE IN YELLOWSTONE SEASON 5?

The fifth season of the series will be the longest to date, consisting of two parts and 14 total episodes.

HOW TO WATCH THE YELLOWSTONE SEASON 5 PREMIERE FOR FREE:

Good news! The season premiere of Yellowstone is currently streaming for free on the Paramount Network website. The second episode of the season is also available, but you’ll need a valid cable login to access the episode. No cable login? Paramount Network also offers a one-time 24-hour viewing pass.

The first two episodes are also available to watch on demand with an active subscription to fuboTV, Sling TV (via the $6/month “Comedy Extra” add-on), Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, Philo, or DIRECTV STREAM.

WHY ISN’T YELLOWSTONE SEASON 5 ON PEACOCK?

The first four seasons of Yellowstone are on Peacock, but, unfortunately, new episodes aren’t available for next-day streaming on the platform. The fifth season should eventually find its way to Peacock, but new episodes won’t arrive until a few months after the season finale airs on Paramount Network.

WILL YELLOWSTONE SEASON 5 BE ON PARAMOUNT+?

Nope. Even though Tulsa King and 1883 are exclusive to Paramount+, Yellowstone isn’t streaming on the platform.

IS YELLOWSTONE SEASON 5 ON NETFLIX?

That’s a negative. Yellowstone isn’t available on Netflix in the United States.
