What Time Are The Golden Globes on Tonight? How to Find A Golden Globes Livestream

Piggybacking off of years of controversy, the Golden Globes are back. The award show, presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, was pulled from the air in 2021 following backlash for their lack of Black representation, and the year prior, they were accused of anti-Asian racism for their wrongful exclusion of multiple Asian films in their Best Picture category.

Fast-forward to now, they aren’t coming back without resistance. Brendan Fraser, nominated for Best Leading Actor for his work in The Whale, has cast aside their comeback after claiming in 2018 that then-HFPA president Philip Berk groped him in 2003 at a luncheon.

“I have more history with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association than I have respect for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. No, I will not participate,” he told GQ in November 2022.

However, despite the controversy and the show’s seeming demotion to air on a Tuesday night instead of a Sunday night, A-list celebrities are still flocking to support the award show. Who can you expect to see during the broadcast? Claire Danes, Hilary Swank, Jenna Ortega, Jennifer Coolidge, Jennifer Hudson, Letitia Wright, Salma Hayek Pinault, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis and more have been named as presenters for the ceremony, alongside Jerrod Carmichael, who will host.

Abbott Elementary leads the television pack with five nominations in Best Comedy and Musical Series, Best Leading Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress categories, with other notable TV nominees including the stars of The White Lotus, Pam & Tommy, and Only Murders in the Building.

Everything Everywhere All At Once gathered six nominations in the movie categories including Best Picture, Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Leading Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress. Check out our full list of nominees.
