‘We Have a Ghost’ Trailer: David Harbour Sends Jennifer Coolidge Screaming in Upcoming Netflix Movie

After cementing our love for him as Hopper in Stranger Things, actor David Harbour is making the jump to yet another Netflix project with We Have a GhostIn a newly-released trailer, we see the beloved actor, who recently starred as a badass Santa Claus in Violent Nightin pure paranormal form.

The teaser opens with a family looking to get a fresh start in their new home. “Nothing, like, bad happened here, right?” actress Erica Ash is seen asking a realtor alongside Anthony Mackie, who plays her onscreen husband.

Meanwhile, Jahi Winston walks through the halls of his school, where he notices the odd way people are staring at him. One student, played by Kat Conner Sterling, tells him, “You moved into the House of Death? Everyone says it’s haunted.”

While investigating darkness of his new home, the teen accidentally captures a ghost, played by Harbour, on the camera of his phone. Instead of the normal terrified response one may have to finding out they have a surprise (dead) boarder in their home, the boy decides to post his footage on social media, making him and his family overnight sensations.

However, a mystery soon unravels as he befriends the ghost, whose name is Ernest. While working toward uncovering the mute phantom’s past, the teen detectives soon become a target of the CIA.

Plus, beloved White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge appears in the movie as a psychic medium with a large, red hairdo. In the teaser, she’s seen screaming and tossing herself out of a window at the sight of Harbour’s ghostly apparition. You know, the normal response to witnessing a ghost.
