What is MGM+?

The premium streaming service and linear channel formerly known as Epix has officially been relaunched as MGM+. Little will change about the service, but MGM+ has announced an exciting slate of new original titles, all available now.

The streamer, rebranding following Amazon’s acquisition of Metro-Goldwyn Mayer in May 2021, features original scripted and documentary series, premium fan-favorite films, and of course, blockbusters from all of MGM’s signature franchises. These classic Hollywood films include The Manchurian Candidate, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and The Thomas Crown Affair. But that’s not all; MGM+ gives you access to everything James Bond, everything Rocky, and everything Top Gun (especially relevant thanks to the long-awaited sequel being added to the streaming platform).

What is MGM+?

MGM+ is a new streaming service from Metro-Goldwyn Mayer, which replaces the preexisting streamer and linear premium cable network Epix. In addition to titles and movie franchises from MGM Studios, the service boasts a lineup of original series. The rebranded service launches on January 15.

Comcast Xfinity, Cox, DISH, DIRECTV, Spectrum, Verizon FIOS.

MGM+ will also be offered as an add-on through various digital providers, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV Channels, AT&T Now, The Roku Channel, Youtube TV, and Sling TV. This option will give you access to MGM+’s catalog through other services.
