Prime Video‘s original fantasy epic, Carnival Row, is finally back for its second and final season. The ambitious show — which features fae, fauns, werewolves called “Marroks,” incest, backstabbing, murder, haruspicy, and in Season 2, a communist Russia-inspired revolutionary group — will be returning to Amazon nearly four years after its 2019 premiere. However, you won’t be able to binge all ten episodes of Carnival Row Season 2 this weekend. That’s because new episodes are rolling out over the course of five weeks…

Carnival Row features a sprawling cast of ambitious humans and fascinating magical creatures, but everything revolves around Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne‘s star-crossed lovers. Human-passing half-fae detective Rycroft “Philo” Philostrate (Orlando Bloom) met and fell in love with fae Vignette Stonemoss (Cara Delevingne) when they were on opposite sides of a war. Years later, the exes are reunited in the midst of a murder investigation. In Season 2, they’ve been reunited in Carnival Row, but find themselves torn apart by different objectives.

What’s going to happen to Philo and Vignette? Will the creatures of Carnival Row ever know freedom again? Will human Imogen Stonemoss (Tamzin Merchant) and her faun lover Agreus Astrayon (David Gyasi) find a place to live happily ever after? You’ll have to watch Carnival Row Season 2 to find out!
