Creed III

Powered by Reelgood

The third film in the Creed series and the ninth overall film in the Rocky franchise Creed III hits theaters on March 3.

Creed is a spin-off of the Rocky movies that stars Michael B. Jordan as Adonis “Donnie” Creed, the son of Rocky Balboa’s rival-turned-friend Apollo Creed. With Creed III, Jordan also makes his feature directorial debut. Tessa Thompson, Phylicia Rashad, and Wood Harris also appear in all three installments.

The new movie is the first Rocky film not to feature star Sylvester Stallone, though he remains with the franchise as a producer. However, it will add a new prominent cast member Jonathan Majors, who is playing the main antagonist, a childhood friend of Donnie’s eager to prove his skills in the boxing ring after a lengthy prison sentence.

Before diving back into the world of Creed, you may find yourself wanting to revisit Donnie’s journey so far. Maybe you’ve finally decided to catch up before seeing the new film. Either way, we’re here to make your life easier by outlining how to watch Creed and Creed II before the new movie hits theaters.
