It’s Mario Day!

Every year on March 10 (a.k.a. MAR10), Nintendo dedicates an entire day to the video game franchise that began in 1985.

This year, though, Mario Day is even more exciting because of the impending release of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which will hit theaters on April 5. The new, computer-animated cinematic Mario adventure is the first since 1993. It stars Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach and Charlie Day as Luigi.

A few teasers and trailers have been released for the new movie so far, and Mario lovers were quick to find easter eggs and references to some of the many Mario games that have been released throughout the years.

To celebrate Mario Day, many Super Mario games are on sale for Nintendo Switch. To help you get ready for the movie, we’ve rounded up some of the games on sale, including ones you might see referenced in The Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer, along with where to buy them.
