According to Summer House stars Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula, the cheating rumors are about as nonexistent as my love for his mullet. During Monday night’s (March 13) episode of Watch What Happens Live, the couple set the record straight after a Deuxmoi “blind item” seemingly accused Cooke of having an affair.

Andy Cohen grilled Batula on her thoughts on the celebrity gossip page’s anonymous post — which alleged that a “married man” was hooking up with someone else while the current season was filming last summer.

“Well, it clearly is about Kyle. … I’m the only wife on the show, and I call him Cookie Monster,” she said, referencing the message’s subject, which read, “🍪 monster.”

Batula added, “I laughed at it, and I thought the timing was very convenient that it, like, came out given what was going on at the time on the show,” before clarifying that she was referring to the strained relationship between Cooke and his co-star Carl Radke before Radke left Cooke’s company, Loverboy.

Meanwhile, Cooke called out from the crowd, assuring that there “wasn’t a night” last summer that he was “not accounted for.”

“And it’s like, you sleep on that tea for eight months and then you send it into Deuxmoi? Come on,” he said, rolling his eyes, while Batula reminded the audience, “I live with him!”

This isn’t the first time the couple — who began dating in 2015 — has faced an infidelity scandal. During the Summer House Season 3 premiere, Cooke admitted, “A year ago, I was on a guys’ trip, I blacked out, and I woke up with a girl in my bed. I’ve never felt worse in my entire life.”

However, they were ultimately able to move passed the sticky situation as they tied the knot in September 2021. In the meantime, they’re leaving the cheating scandals to Vanderpump Rules.

Summer House airs on Monday nights at 9/8c on Bravo. You can stream new episodes the next day on Peacock.
