Richmond is back, baby! But things on and off the pitch feel a lot different this year.

In Season 3 of Ted Lasso, which premiered on Wednesday, March 15, Apple TV+‘s critically acclaimed comedy finds Ted (Jason Sudeikis), Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), and a newly-promoted AFC Richmond working to prove themselves after everyone predicts they’ll finish last in the Premier League.

With help from assistant coaches Beard (Brendan Hunt) and Roy (Brett Goldstein), Richmond also adds “Beat West Ham United” to the top of their to-do list, considering Rebecca’s vile ex-husband Rupert (Anthony Head) owns the team, and Nate (Nick Mohammed) the “wonder kid” is the new coach.

The third (and potentially final, but who really knows?) season of Ted Lasso on Apple TV+ will feature 12 episodes. The first episode will premiere Wednesday, March 15, 2023. After that, the series will follow a weekly release schedule as it has in seasons past.
