Netflix‘s The Night Agent is here to introduce your new favorite crime-fighting duo: Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) and Rose Larkin (Luciane Buchanan).

The adaptation of Matthew Quirk’s 2019 novel, which dropped its first 10 episodes on March 23, follows the action-packed events that transpire after Sutherland, a low-level FBI agent on phone duty in the White House, answers a distressing call from cybersecurity CEO Larkin. When Larkin’s secret agent aunt and uncle are mysteriously assassinated, she and Sutherland go on the run and try to get to the bottom of a political conspiracy that points back to the White House.

Although Sutherland has the guns, the intel, and the Oval Office contacts, we quickly learn that he’d be lost without Larkin’s cyber expertise and strong intuition. **Who Plays Rose Larkin on The Night Agent? Meet Luciane Buchanan**

As noted, Rose Larkin is played by Luciane Buchanan, a 29-year-old actor and filmmaker from New Zealand. Per her IMDb bio, Buchanan is of Tongan descent, studied at The University of Auckland, and began her acting career when she was a teen.

Since appearing in the TV movie Billy in 2011, she’s gone on to act in a number of television series and films including The Blue Rose, Power Rangers Dino Charge, Baby Mama’s Club, Views, and more. Buchanan is likely best known for her roles as Kennedy in Filthy Rich, Tripitaka in The New Legends of Monkey, and Astrid in Apple TV+’s Mr. Corman.
