Good news for Arrested Development fans! Netflix announced that it has arranged for the beloved comedy to remain on the platform.

It was previously revealed that all five seasons of the series would be leaving the streamer’s content library on March 15. The Netflix landing page had even been updated to confirm the last day to watch the series as Tuesday, March 14.

According to Deadline, a new licensing deal between Netflix and 20th Television has been reached, keeping the show on Netflix. The show’s first three seasons are also currently steaming on Hulu but will depart later this year, making Netflix the exclusive home of the Bluths.

Starring Jason Bateman, the 20th Television and Imagine Television sitcom was one of Netflix’s first original comedies. The series was revived by the streaming platform in 2013 after only airing three seasons on Fox.

Netflix premiered Season 4 in 2013 and split Season 5 into two parts in 2018 and 2019.

Created by Mitch Hurwitz and narrated by Ron Howard, Arrested Development follows the antics of a wealthy dysfunctional family whose patriarch is on the run from the law. In addition to Bateman, the series starred Tony Hale, Portia De Rossi, Will Arnett, Alia Shawkat, David Cross, Jeffrey Tambor, Liza Minnelli, and Jessica Walter.
