Drake Bell is reportedly no longer missing after Florida police said the former Nickelodeon actor was MIA in a Facebook post that quickly went viral this morning. TMZ reports that Bell “has been found” as of approximately 1:30 p.m. ET today.

TMZ reports, “Law enforcement sources tell us cops are in touch with the actor, and we’re told he is safe. It’s still unclear where he was, or why exactly cops feared for his safety.”

The update comes after Daytona Beach Police posted a message to social media Thursday morning stating that the Drake & Josh actor was “considered missing and endangered.”

Police shared that Bell was “traveling in a 2022 grey BMW,” and that he was last seen near Mainland High School just before 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday (April 12).

The post has since been updated to state, “At this time, we can confirm law enforcement officials are in contact and Mr. Bell is safe.”

Bell’s MIA scare comes after years of public struggles for the teen star, who made a name for himself on shows like The Amanda Show and All That. While Bell was a fixture on TV screens in the 2000s, he’s been caught up in legal troubles in recent years.

He pleaded guilty to child endangerment in 2021 in connection to a 2017 incident in Ohio, and was later sentenced to two years of probation and 200 hours of community service.

Bell was photographed seemingly inhaling balloons in his car with his young son while on probation in December 2022, per Us Weekly.
