Drew Barrymore is already America’s sweetheart — and she’s quickly climbing the ranks as America’s favorite talk show host. The actress, who has been hosting The Drew Barrymore Show for nearly three years, is getting all the love on social media after conducting a string of heartfelt interviews on her show.

Aside from kooky convos about shaving, TMI moments about her dating life and literal fangirling over every celebrity that steps on her stage, Barrymore has simultaneously been able to have some of the rawest chats with her guests.

Just last week, she sat crisscrossed on a couch with Brooke Shields as they opened up about their shared experiences of being sexually exploited in their youth. In another episode, actor Jordan Fisher joined Barrymore on the floor where he revealed he was diagnosed with an eating disorder. And late last month, the host had a candid conversation with Melanie Lynskey and Jason Ritter about sobriety.

Meanwhile, fans have taken to Twitter to praise Barrymore’s unique interview style — which oftentimes finds her kneeling at her guests’ feet, holding their hands and, well, getting as close to them as she possibly can.

“Put Drew Barrymore in the big time slots on tv,” one wrote. “She’s the only one really out here interviewing without it being gossip fueled or singing karaoke with all her guest.”

Another added, “Fuck therapy I wanna be a guest on The Drew Barrymore Show,” while a third person pointed out, “The Drew Barrymore Show is just celebrity therapy sessions really.”

Someone else chimed in, “I think having a 10 minute conversation w drew barrymore would literally permanently alter my brain chemistry n cure me of all mental illness. I love her so fucking much.”

“Drew is made for this,” another noted. “From her eye contact to her body language to everything, you know that she is locked in and really wants to make a safe space and she does it with the utmost care. I feel like she’d do this exact thing if the camera wasn’t there.”

The Drew Barrymore Show airs on weekdays on CBS. You can check the website for local airtimes.
