Will there be a Mayor of Kingstown Season 3?

As of now, Mayor of Kingstown has not been renewed for a third season. However, that doesn’t mean that the possibility of another season is completely off the table.

Around the time that Season 2 premiered back in January, Dillon told Deadline, “Taylor and I have multiple ideas for multiple seasons. If everything went according to plan with Paramount+ and the rest of it, I would think that we’d start in August, September, maybe pre-production in the summer.”

As we know, Renner — the show’s lead star — was run over by a 14,000-pound snow plow in the beginning of the year, leaving him with over 30 broken bones and a collapsed lung. However, the actor appears to be on the mend as he recently took his daughter to Six Flags for her spring break. So hopefully, he’ll be feeling well enough to jump back in for a third season of Mayor of Kingstown should it get the green light from the streaming platform!
