Authorities are searching for Bam Margera in Pennsylvania after the Jackass star “got into an altercation” and fled the scene of the incident, TMZ reports. He is now facing multiple criminal charges, and Pennsylvania State Police have issued a warrant for his arrest.

State Troopers were called Sunday (April 23) morning to respond to a disturbance near Pocopson Township. Margera was accused by an alleged victim of “being involved in some sort of physical confrontation,” per TMZ; Margera fled the scene by the time State Troopers arrived.

He is now facing multiple misdemeanors, including “four counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact,” per TMZ.

The Pennsylvania State Police issued the following statement to local NBC affiliate WGAL:

“On April 23, at 11:00 a.m, troopers from the PSP Avondale Station responded to the 400 block of Hickory Hill Road, in Pocopson Township, Chester County, for a reported disturbance. The investigation determined Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera, age 43, of Thornton, PA, was involved in a physical confrontation with the victim, who suffered minor injuries.”

Margera has publicly struggled with drugs and alcohol in recent years, and was arrested last month for public intoxication after yelling at a woman in a Los Angeles Thai restaurant.

Earlier this year, Margera’s Jackass co-star Steve-O publicly pleaded with him to get help for his drug use in an emotional Instagram comment. He wrote, in part, “I’ve tried everything I can but I can’t force you to get honest and do the work of recovery.”

Steve-O added, “I wish you could know how much I’ve hated feeling braced for news of your death, but you’re making it clear that I have no other choice. You’re dying, brother, and it sucks that I can’t do anything to save you.”
