Netflix’s 2023 reality romance lineup continues with Indian Matchmaking Season 3. World famous matchmaker Sima Taparia (@simatapariaofficial) is back at work, arranging dates and crossing her fingers for her clients to make a lasting love connection. We’ve seen her work her magic in the United States and in India, and Season 3 adds singles from the United Kingdom to her global rolodex.

In addition to introducing new cast members who are ready to take a chance on love, Indian Matchmaking Season 3 brings back a few familiar faces and continues to tell their romantic stories. With so many dates and so many cast members, it can be hard to keep up with who’s getting hitched and who’s still on the hunt. Below you’ll find a guide to all of the cast members from Indian Matchmaking Season 3 — including updates on their relationship statuses.

Just a heads up: if you’re looking for 100% definitive answers to all your Indian Matchmaking questions, though, you might do well to follow Sima Aunty’s advice and lower your expectations to 60-70%. When it comes to love, apparently some people like to keep that private!

  • Priya Ashra

    We first met Priya at the very end of Season 2, and now we get to see her storyline unfold in Season 3. Priya is a clinical pharmacist from London who does not want an “energy vampire.” She’s divorced, and she’s not hiding that part of her story from potential partners anymore. She’s looking for a man who is a good communicator, a liberal thinker, tall, tan, and not bald. She first goes on a date with Bobby before hitting it off with Vimal Kansara.

    Are Priya and Vimal still together? After a few ups and downs, Priya and Vim ended the season seemingly on the same page. Their relationship looked to be pretty strong — but has it lasted? We’re still waiting for Priya or Vim to make a comment either way. It’s worth pointing out that they don’t follow each other on Instagram.

    Viral and Aashay’s story also continues from Season 2. The pair travels together to India to meet Aashay’s parents.

    Are Viral and Aashay still together? While Viral and Aashay are staying quiet about their relationship status on social media, they do follow each other on Instagram. And after their long-distance relationship being a hurdle on the show, fans of the show have noticed that Viral’s profile now says NYC & NC, indicating that she splits her time between North Carolina and New York City (where Aashay lives).

  • Rushali Rai

    Rushali returns to the show after last being seen on her horse-riding date with Pradhyuman back in Season 1. She’s looking for a guy who is funny, tall, smells good, and will listen to poetry. And if he doesn’t have a six-pack, that’s a plus. She goes on a date with film director Tushar Tyagi, but their spark fizzles out as soon as she realizes that he’s not as close to his family as she is to hers. This isn’t the last we see of Tushar, though…

    Shital and Niraj also return from Season 2, where their story cut off at a high point. In Season 3, Shital introduces Niraj to her parents — and her dad is shocked that Niraj doesn’t look more like Clint Eastwood (seriously).

    Are Shital and Niraj still together? Yes! Finally, there is a couple from this show who have a public relationship!

  • Bobby Seagull

    Based in London, Bobby is a math teacher who is incredibly energetic and enthusiastic, but he often finds himself “friend-zoned.” He’s looking for a woman who is kind, family-oriented, short, curious, likes theater, and loves to travel. He initially goes on a date with Priya. Fun fact: Bobby is a bit of a public figure over in the UK, and he has an active YouTube channel where he’s breaking down Season 3 episode by episode.

  • Vikash Mishra

    Vikash is a 39-year-old ER doctor and amateur wedding dancer/hype man. He can’t help it — he’s known for busting out into song and dance at a moment’s notice. He too is looking for someone without a six-pack (no clue why this is a trend this season) who also wants kids and speaks Hindi. That last part is super, super important, much to Sima’s confusion.

    Are Vikash and Janki still together? After two mismatches, Vikash seems to hit things off with Janki. While it’s unclear if these two turned their immediate chemistry into something more serious, we do know that they are at the very least friendly on social media.

    Arti lives in Miami where she frequently visits her favorite place in the whole world: Costco. She’s looking for a motivated man with a bit of an edge, one who is tall and muscular. If he knows how to cook and doesn’t mind regular trips to Costco, that’s a bonus.

    Are Arti and Jamal still together? Arti goes on a number of dates arranged by Sima Aunty, and the two even butt heads a bit over Arti wanting to feel more of an immediate connection with her dates. Arti takes matters into her own hands and finds Jamal on a dating app. And SPOILER ALERT — Jamal proposes. It appears that these two are still together and still engaged. You can spot them playfully poking at each other in the comments of recent Instagram posts.

  • Pavneet Sachdeva

    Pavneet comes in towards the end of Season 3, but you can’t miss her. On top of being outgoing, she’s also 6′ tall. She’s a PR and marketing consultant in New Delhi who’s looking for a passionate guy who is creative, ambitious, and loves adventure. Also, he needs to be tall.

    Are Pavneet and Tushar still together? After failing to hit it off with Rushali earlier in the season, film director Tushar returns for a date with Pavneet. This one goes much better, although Tushar fumbles the ball with setting up a second date and claims that his phone didn’t save Pavneet’s number. Whatever — the second date happens, and that’s what’s important. As for their relationship status, these two are at least still friendly. They follow each other on Instagram and you can see Tushar dropping some heart eye emojis in the comments of a post on Pavneet’s page.
