It’s nearly summertime, and you know what that means: It’s time to stay indoors and binge-watch Netflix!

The streaming service released its Netflix 2023 summer movie slate on Wednesday morning, with a list of Netflix summer movie release dates for films like Extraction 2, Heart of Stone, Bird Box Barcelona, and more. While many of these movies were already on our radar, there were a few new titles in the mix, including You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah, a new coming-of-age comedy that reunites Uncut Gems co-stars Adam Sandler and Idina Menzel. This time around, Sandler and Menzel star as the parents of a young girl who dreams of having the world’s best bat mitzvah with her BFF… until middle school girl drama gets in the way. Directed by Sammi Cohen (who also directed the 2022 Hulu comedy Crush), it sounds like the perfect late-summer watch.

Find out more about You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah, as well as all the movies coming to Netflix in Summer 2023 below. For your convenience, we’ve listed out the Netflix 2023 movies and release dates below, along with the cast, director, loglines, and available photos or teasers for every film.
