The Shemar Moore-led action series S.W.A.T. is headed to Netflix — at least, some of it is. Beginning on Wednesday, May 17, the first five seasons of the hit CBS show will begin streaming on Netflix, according to Deadline.

The exciting news is the result of a deal inked between Netflix and Sony Pictures TV — the show’s production company — which gives the platform access to the first five seasons beginning later this week as well as the currently airing sixth season, which will join the streaming giant in the fall.

The move to Netflix marks the third streaming platform in which S.W.A.T. can be found. Seeing as it’s a CBS show, the current season is available to stream on Paramount+, where it will remain until a few months after its broadcast run ends. Plus, the first three seasons are available to stream on Hulu.

Earlier this month, Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, announced that Season 6 would be S.W.A.T.‘s final season with the last episode airing on May 19 — a decision that was later reversed as a result of fan backlash.

Instead, CBS plans to bring back the drama for a seventh and final season, which will “give closure to the show’s storylines and characters” in its 13 episodes. Presumably, if the deal with Netflix continues, you should be able to see S.W.A.T.‘s final season on the streamer sometime after it finishes airing on CBS.

CBS also added Moore — who has starred as the show’s main character for all of its seasons — as an executive producer.

S.W.A.T. has aired for six seasons on CBS and garnered a devoted following. We are pleased that we found a way to bring it back and give closure to the show’s storylines and characters, which audiences deserve,” Reisenbach said in a joint statement with Katherine Pope, president of Sony Pictures Television Studios, per Deadline.

They continued, “Once again, we appreciate the talents and efforts of the cast, writers, producers and crew and everyone who has contributed to the success of S.W.A.T. We look forward to its return next season.”

S.W.A.T. airs on Friday nights at 8/7c on CBS.
