Ms. Jacky Oh, who rose to fame when she joined the cast of MTV’s Wild ‘N Out in 2015, has died at the age of 32.

Oh, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, met her longtime partner DC Young Fly on the improvised rap battle competition show that same year.

No cause of death has been reported, but TMZ reports that Oh was in Miami at the time of her death, and that a now-deleted social media post explained that she was there to undergo a “mommy makeover.”

DC Young Fly was reportedly in Atlanta filming Wild ‘N Out when he received the news. The Wild ‘N Out Instagram account released an official statement about her death, reading, “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.”

The statement continued, “Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”

Since leaving Wild ‘N Out, Oh started her own lip gloss line called the J Nova Collection, and she was also a realtor in Atlanta.

She leaves behind three children with DC Young Fly: daughters Nala and Nova, and baby Prince.
