Is that jingle bells I hear … and bagpipes? It may be only June, but the Hallmark Channel is already prepping for its Christmas in July and Countdown to Christmas specials.

The latter is a three-month-long merry movie marathon that begins in October. The network has announced that the marathon will feature a brand new movie entitled A Merry Scottish Christmas, which reunites Party of Five‘s Scott Wolf and Lacey Chabert, who will play siblings once again.

In the festive film, Wolf’s Brad and Chabert’s Lindsay visit their mother Jo (Fiona Bell) in Scotland during Christmastime, when “a big secret is revealed,” per Variety.

The film was co-written by NBC correspondent Andrea Canning and literary and speculative fiction author Audrey Schulman.

Both Wolf and Chabert are no stranger to the Hallmark holiday scene. Wolf starred in Hallmark’s A Christmas Love Story in 2019, while Chabert — who starred in her first Hallmark Christmas movie, Matchmaker Santa, in 2012 — has since starred in over 30 of the channel’s films and was crowned the “Queen of Hallmark Christmas Movies.”

Both of the stars, who played Bailey (Wolf) and Claudia (Chabert) Salinger on the 1994 drama, are eager to be collaborating again.

“Working with Lacey on ‘Party of Five’ was one of my favorite experiences ever,” Wolf shared, per Variety. “Reuniting after all of these years to tell such a beautiful story together is a dream that I’m so glad is coming true.”

“Scott and I have talked for years about doing another project together,” Chabert revealed. “When we first read this story about these siblings at a crossroads, we both knew it was the perfect opportunity.”

Hallmark is just as thrilled to reunite the celeb sibling duo.

“We are so excited to reunite Lacey and Scott and know our viewers will fall in love with this movie,” said Lisa Hamilton Daly, EVP of programming at Hallmark Media.

She continued, “The nostalgia of seeing Lacey and Scott together again on screen is going to be a special holiday treat for our viewers.”

Hallmark has yet to announce a release date for the film.
