In a shocking turn of events, fans are rallying for Raquel Leviss after Vanderpump Rules secured its first two Emmy nominations. Following this morning’s announcement, social media users praised Leviss for saving the dying series with Scandoval — and even demanded that Bravo raise her pay for Season 11.

The previous season of the Lisa Vanderpump-led reality series pulled in record-breaking ratings after it was revealed in March that Leviss was having a months-long affair with Tom Sandoval, who was in a nine-year relationship with his now ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix at the time.

The first installment of the two-part reunion — which saw the cast’s brutal confrontation with the cheaters — drew in 4.6 million viewers between the live premiere, Peacock, and on-demand viewing within its first three days, making it Bravo’s most-watched episode in nearly a decade, per Variety.

While viewers (and the cast) spent the last four months raking Leviss and Sandoval over the coals, many are attributing the show’s reinvigorated success to the cheating scandal that shook the Bravoverse.

“I hope the entire cast, crew, and people at Bravo have thanked Raquel and Sandoval for creating Scandoval and making Vanderpump Rules relevant again,” one wrote. “Without them, none of them would have all these appearances, sponsorships or Emmy nominations.”

Another added, “They better pay Raquel every cent of what she wants @Andy,” while a third person said, “Raquel should be up there accepting the award if they win.”

“Finally an Emmy nominee, thank you Raquel Leviss, I hope the whole cast is thanking Raquel for this as well,” someone else posted.

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 began filming last month with Sandoval, Madix, Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney. While Leviss’ return hasn’t been officially confirmed by the network, TMZ reported that the reality star — who has been in a mental health facility since April — has finally begun negotiations to come back to the show.

Even if she does sign back up for the next season, it’s going to be tricky to get back in the cast’s good graces. Following the Season 10 finale, Madix told The New York Times that she has no intentions of filming with Leviss or Sandoval.

“I have nothing to say to either of them,” Madix said. “Our show is very real and follows a real group of friends, and neither of them are in the group of friends, so, good luck.”

Fortunately for Madix — who recently signed on for Dancing with the Stars as well as a guest appearance on Love Island USA — it looks like she’ll have some more backup coming her way. According to the QueensOfBravo Twitter account, the cast was filming when they were joined by former co-star Kristen Doute, who was fired in 2020 before making a surprise cameo in the “Scandoval” episode.

Plus, Jax Taylor — who also left in 2020 along with his wife, Brittany Cartwright — seemingly hinted that he would be coming back to the show.

“I’m here to drink, take pictures and talk Vanderpump, and let’s do that for a minute, talk Vanderpump, let’s just say, I will bring it,” Taylor told the crowd at a New Jersey nightclub earlier this month, per Us Weekly. “I will bring it to the people it needs to be brought to. Oh, I said too much, sorry!”

Vanderpump Rules is currently streaming on Peacock.
