‘Full Circle’ Episode Guide: How Many Episodes in Steven Soderbergh’s New Series on Max?

Directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by Ed Solomon, Full Circle premieres on Max on July 13, 2023 with two episodes. The crime thriller features a star-studded cast with Claire Danes, Zazie Beetz and Timothy Olyphant, and an intriguing mystery.

Told over six episodes, the series follows a botched kidnapping in New York City, which opens the door to the deep history of multiple characters. In addition to the failed kidnapping attempt, there is the looming presence of a money-hungry cult desperate to fulfill their destiny. 

Before hitting the streamer, Full Circle screened at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 11, where Decider got to speak with Olyphant, Beetz and Jharrel Jerome — all three of whom were drawn to the series by Soderbergh and Solomon’s work. In our interview, Jerome called the script “dense” and “intricate,” and Beetz praised the show’s “nuance surrounding who’s considered to be good and who’s considered to be bad, and how our actions all have consequences.” Soderbergh and Solomon also serve as executive producers, alongside Casey Silver, who previously collaborated with the two on the HBO Max movie No Sudden Move.

Full Circle will contain a total of six episodes. The first two episodes, “Something Different” and “Charger” will be available to stream exclusively on Max beginning Thursday, June 13. Following its premiere, two new episodes will drop weekly until its finale on Thursday, June 27.
