Too Hot to Handle is back on Netflix, just in time to make all of your dreams of a summer getaway come true. Can’t leave your home? That’s okay, because there’s gorgeous poolside frolicking to stream. Get all of your vicarious thrills from Season 5 of Too Hot to Handle — well, not all of your vicarious thrills. The premise of the show is very “you can look but don’t touch,” not that that stops these horny hotties from getting up close and personal… even if it costs them money.

All of this highly addictive dating drama will have you dreaming of your own luxurious getaway, and you’ll be stoked to know that the Too Hot to Handle villa is available to rent. There’s only one catch: it’s exactly as expensive as you think it is. So, where was Too Hot to Handle Season 5 filmed? Here’s what you want to know!

Where Was Too Hot to Handle Season 5 filmed?

If the Season 5 villa looks familiar, that’s because this batch of sex-starved singles are chilling in the same place as last season’s. Both Too Hot to Handle Seasons 4 and 5 were filmed at the Emerald Pavilion in Turks and Caicos.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are tropical islands in the Lucayan Archipelago. To put it in terms that the Beach Boys would understand, the Turks and Caicos Islands are closer to the Bahamas and Key Largo than they are to Aruba or Bermuda. And considering that the fictional Kokomo is part of the Florida Keys, I guess the Too Hot to Handle cast is close to Mike Love and John Stamos, too.

As for the villa itself, the Emerald Pavilion is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom getaway complete with a hot tub, fitness room, outdoor dining area, and a heated, 1600-square-foot infinity pool. There’s also an additional guest house where Lana puts couples’ hormones to the test.

If you wish to have your own Too Hot getaway, it’ll cost you a hefty sum. The villa is actually at its cheapest in the summer, going for a cool $8,500/night (with a 4-night minimum stay). If you want to book the place for Christmas and New Year’s, though, it’s $19,000/night and you have to stay for at least 10 nights. You’ll probably need an entire reality-TV-sized cast in tow to afford this stay.

It’s also worth pointing out that the villa is drastically overhauled in order to make Too Hot to Handle the hyper-colorful setting that it is on Netflix. If you look at the photos on the website, the villa is your run-of-the-mill gorgeous, incredibly expensive Caribbean getaway. On the show, however, it’s packed with bright colors, funky wallpaper, and lots of plants. On the plus side, you don’t have to worry about sharing one massive bedroom with all of your travel mates. From what I can tell, it looks like the bedroom on the show is actually the dining room, and the seven bedrooms in the listing are actually seven separate bedrooms. You’ll have way more privacy than the cast does — unless you all want to bunk in the dining room. You do you, it’s your super expensive vacay!

New episodes of Too Hot to Handle Season 5 premiere on Fridays on Netflix.
