NeNe Leakes‘ oldest son, Bryson Bryant, was taken into custody for felony possession of fentanyl earlier this month, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.

Aside from allegedly possessing the Schedule II-controlled substance, the 33-year-old was hit with several other charges, including violation of probation, loitering/prowling, and giving a false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.

The arrest occurred after midnight on July 3 at a home in Lawrenceville, Georgia after Bryant was allegedly “evading police and claiming he knew the people that lived at the residence which was false.” According to the docs, he also lied to officers about his name. He reportedly claimed he was his younger brother, Brentt Leakes, and gave law enforcement the address to a house his mother had sold years ago.

Jail records show that Bryant was allegedly re-arrested and is currently incarcerated, per RadarOnline.

Decider has reached out to Leakes’ reps for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.

His latest arrest is not the first time The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s son has found himself in trouble with authorities. In 2011, he was arrested for a DUI — and was detained again a year later for driving with a suspended license, per Page Six.

In 2015, he was taken into custody after giving police a false name at a McDonald’s in Georgia, where he was part of a group allegedly planning to print counterfeit checks at the fast food joint.

His legal troubles were further documented in RHOA Season 5 — which aired in 2012 — when he called Leakes to bail him out of jail after he was arrested for allegedly stealing razors at a Walmart. Since it wasn’t his first time behind bars, she decided to teach him a lesson.

“He’s had a really easy life, so now I’m gonna show him what a hard life is,” the mom-of-two said during the episode. “He’s gonna stay in jail, I’m not getting him out, and he can figure it out from behind bars.”

Bryant’s hearing is scheduled for today at 1:30 p.m.
