Lifetime’s event series V.C. Andrews’ Dawn continues with the penultimate installment, “Twilight’s Child.” Just because Dawn’s life in New York City is behind her, and just because she’s learned about her true parentage, doesn’t mean life is going to get any easier for her. Let’s just say that the phrase “mo’ money, mo’ problems” definitely applies to Dawn’s life.

Part 3 of the saga finds our story firmly situated in the 1980s, which means we’re going to see some Dynasty-level wigs and shoulderpads. We’re also probably going to see some twists that would put all of the Aaron Spelling soaps to shame. Will Dawn and the family she’s fought to have ever know peace? Probably not until next week’s finale at the earliest.
