Just two days after their last appearance on Prime Video, the New York Yankees will once again be featured on the streamer today, August 4, for their tilt against the Houston Astros.

Though he won’t be on the mound today, former Astros pitcher Justin Verlander rejoined the team after spending over half of the season across town as one of the New York Mets.

Today’s game at Yankee Stadium is only the second time these teams face off since the Astros won the American League championship over the Yankees and punched their ticket to the World Series (which they went on to win).

The Yankees took the first game in a four game series 4-3 yesterday and are looking to repeat that success tonight.

Tonight’s game is the second in a four game series being played at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York.

Next time these teams meet in September, they’ll be doing so in Houston, Texas.

Tonight’s Pitching Matchup:

Luis Severino will get the start for the Yankees, while Hunter Brown will be on the mound for the Houston Astros.

Severino has a season record of 2-5 and an earned run average (ERA) of 7.49. Brown’s record is currently 7-7 and his ERA sits at a lower 4.12.
