Why isn’t The View on today?

The View is currently on summer hiatus — meaning new episodes won’t air today or for the next few weeks. In place of the live broadcast, reruns of previous episodes will air on ABC.

When does The View return?

Judging by the rerun lineup — which has episodes scheduled through Monday, Sept. 4 — the co-hosts should be back with new episodes the following day on Tuesday, Sept. 5.
