Buckle up, Bachelor Nation! Ahead of The Bachelorette‘s Season 20 finale ABC officially announced premiere days for Bachelor in Paradise Season 9, along with the franchise’s highly-anticipated new senior-citizen reality series, The Golden Bachelor. And you’re going to want to mark your calendars ASAP.

In the franchise’s most shocking time change yet, we’re leaving Bachelor Mondays. The Golden Bachelor is set to premiere Thursday, September 28 from 8:00-9:01 p.m. ET, followed by Bachelor in Paradise at 9:01-11:00 p.m. ET.

While we don’t know much about Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 yet, we can assume several alum from Charity’s season of The Bachelorette will be heading down to the beach for a second shot at finding love. (Jesse Palmer confirmed Brayden Bowers and his earrings will be there during The Bachelorette‘s recent “Men Tell All” episode.)

And Bachelor Nation is bursting in anticipation of 71-year-old Gerry Turner’s debut Golden Bachelor season. In the video at the top of this page, you can get another sneak peek at the widower’s search for love, his daughters and granddaughters schooling him on modern-day dating, and what he hopes to find before the journey is all over.

Grab some tissues, Golden Bachelor fans. I have yet to watch a Gerry speech about love without tearing up.
