Jennifer Aniston is canceling “cancel culture.” In a new interview with The Wall Street Journal, The Morning Show star and executive producer — who said one of her “big” on-set rules is “no assholes” allowed — revealed that she’s “so over” the trend.

“I’m so over cancel culture,” Aniston told the outlet. “I probably just got canceled by saying that. I just don’t understand what it means.… Is there no redemption? I don’t know. I don’t put everybody in the Harvey Weinstein basket.”

Weinstein — the disgraced Hollywood producer whose sexual misconduct allegations kickstarted the #MeToo movement back in 2017 — is currently serving a 39-year prison sentence after being convicted of rape and sexual assault charges.

While Aniston wasn’t harassed by Weinstein, her memories with him weren’t exactly pleasant.

“He’s not a guy, you’re like, ‘God, I can’t wait to hang out with Harvey.’ Never,” she said. “You were actually like, ‘Oh, God, OK, suck it up.’ I remember actually, he came to visit me on a movie to pitch me a movie. And I do remember consciously having a person stay in my trailer.”

Weinstein told the WSJ that the Friends actress “never had any uncomfortable instances with me.”

This isn’t the first time Aniston has opened up about her negative experience with Weinstein. Ahead of The Morning Show’s 2019 premiere, the star — who worked with Weinstein on the 2005 film Derailed — revealed that he was rude to her friend at a premiere dinner for the movie.

“[Weinstein] literally came to the table and said to my friend: ‘Get up!’ And I was like, ‘Oh my gosh.’ And so my friend got up and moved and Harvey sat down,” she recalled to Variety. “It was just such a level of gross entitlement and piggish behavior.”

In the same interview, Aniston claimed that Weinstein had tried to force her into wearing a dress from his now-ex-wife Georgina Chapman’s clothing line while she was filming Derailed in London.

“He’d be like, ‘Ok, so I’d like you to wear one of these to the premiere.’ And I went through the book, and at the time, it wasn’t what it is today. It was not for me,” Aniston said. “He was like, ‘You have to wear the dress.’ That was my only bullying. And I was like, ‘No, I will not wear the dress.'”

Nowadays, Aniston helms The Morning Show alongside Reese Witherspoon. The Apple TV+ drama — which has scored 11 Emmy nominations and one win — follows the the workplace at a broadcast news station after sexual misconduct allegations get a male co-anchor fired. As a result, the show — which is gearing up to release Season 3 — examines different perspectives of the #MeToo movement.

The Morning Show Season 3 premieres Sept. 13 on Apple TV+.
