Disney+ Streaming Deal: Get 3 Months for Only $2/Month

Disney+ is gearing up for a Blockbuster September full of exciting releases and to celebrate, they’re offering a limited time offer that’s too good to pass up.

Beginning today, new and eligible returning subscribers can sign up for Disney+ Basic (with ads) for just $2/month for your first three months.

With Disney+ set to increase prices in the coming months, locking in this deal price now will save you a few bucks in the long run — $18 over three months, to be exact — before your subscription renews at the regular $8/month price.

The promotion is running through September 20, but if you subscribe now, you’ll be able to stream the live action remake of The Little Mermaid, which began streaming on Disney+ today, and five all-new I Am Groot shorts featuring Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot. New episodes of Star Wars: Ahsoka will also continue airing through October 3.

Disney+ also has some exciting shows and movies in the pipeline, like Animals Up Close with Bertie Gregory, a new season of Dancing with the Stars (airing concurrently on ABC and Disney+) and the Disney+ premiere of Pixar’s Elemental, set to debut on the service in one week on September 13.

How to Sign Up for Disney+:

On the Disney+ homepage, you’re going to see a bunch of different subscription plans, including bundles with other services. When you go to choose your plan, you’ll have to select Disney+ Basic, as it’s the only one that’s part of the special offer.

From there, make an account or log into your existing account — returning subscribers are eligible as long as they don’t have an active subscription — and enter your payment details.
