There’s a lot to unpack from The Kardashians Season 4 trailer — and Kourtney Kardashian defending Khloé Kardashian by putting her foot down with Tristan Thompson is just one of the many juicy moments we can’t wait to watch.

In the teaser for the show, Khloé, who shares two children with Thompson, continues to insist that she’s single and ready to mingle — more than a year after yet another cheating scandal forced her out of the relationship once and for all. When Scott Disick asks Kim Kardashian about her dating life, she says she “needs new vibes,” while Khloé simply needs “people to know” she’s single.

The last time we saw Khloé and Thompson was on on the Kardashians Season 3 finale — when the NBA player and his 16-year-old brother moved in with the reality star after their mom died and his roof collapsed. In a scene from the new trailer, she dishes on where they stand these days.

“Tristan and I — we’re in really sensitive times,” she says, before Kourtney is seen bluntly telling the athlete, “I don’t think you deserve Khloé.”

Elsewhere, momager Kris Jenner praises Thompson for being “such a hands-on dad” —  which appears to cause turmoil between her and her daughter, who later accuses her of “lying” about something. However, what she’s supposedly lying about has yet to be revealed.

“Mom is too nice sometimes,” Kendall Jenner tells Khloé, who can’t help but agree. “We’re your daughters. You should be, like, fierce for us.”

Fans of The Kardashians can also expect to see some more drama between Kim and Kourtney. While the trailer begins with them sitting uncomfortably next to each other in a confessional, things take a dark turn as a pregnant Kourtney slams Kim as a “witch” and says, “I hate you,” during a heated phone call.

Despite the tension, Khloé assures viewers that nothing can tear their family apart — even with “changing” dynamics and everyone’s lives going in “different directions,” as Kim points out.

“These things are fixable,” Khloé says. “It’s not gonna break us down.”

The Kardashians Season 4 premieres on Hulu on Sept. 28. You can watch the full trailer above.
