Big Brother is quite possibly the most intense reality TV experience around — and not just for the contestants! It’s incredibly intense for the viewers considering that they can watch the houseguests plot and play all day every day via the numerous livestreams available online. Even if you’re not that devoted, you still get three new episodes of Big Brother a week. That’s fully two more episodes a week than you get of nearly every other show on TV. So… what’s going on tonight?

Big Brother is supposed to air on Sunday night, so why is it not on? Is something wrong? Have you slipped into the BB Scary-verse? Don’t worry — there’s an easy explanation (and probably some Big Brother heading your way shortly).

Is Big Brother on tonight (September 24)?

Yes, Big Brother is on tonight. Sunday night is one of three nights every week that you could call Big Brother night.

Why isn’t Big Brother on?

If you tuned in to CBS at 10 p.m. and are seeing an episode of Yellowstone instead of Big Brother, don’t worry. That means that Big Brother has been delayed due to the afternoon and early evening NFL coverage on CBS.

When will Big Brother come on tonight?

Don’t worry — it shouldn’t be too much longer. Every Sunday night episode of Big Brother this season has been delayed by football, but usually not more than 15 minutes. If you’re looking for a way to kill time, why not read about why Bowie Jane is the season’s stealth MVP or why Cameron is actually a hero and not a villain?

How many episodes are in Big Brother Season 25?

While CBS has not officially announced the finale date just yet, Big Brother reporter Sharon Tharp said that November 9 is the most likely finale date. That means that Season 25 will last 100 days and 42 episodes, making it the longest season in BB history.

What is Big Brother Season 25’s schedule?

Big Brother airs three episodes a week at the following times, but the schedule’s gonna be a little chaotic with the return of Survivor and Amazing Race to CBS’ lineup. With those two shows taking up Wednesday nights, Big Brother will move to airing on Tuesday nights. That means new episodes will premiere on CBS on Sundays at 10 p.m. and Tuesdays/Thursdays at 8 p.m.

Here’s what the next couple weeks of Big Brother look like.

  • Sunday, September 24 at 10 p.m. (with possible NFL delay)
  • Thursday, September 28 at 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 1 at 10 p.m. (with possible NFL delay)
  • Tuesday, October 3 at 8 p.m.
