A cause of death has been revealed for Jacky Oh, Wild ‘n Out star DC Young Fly‘s longtime partner who passed away in May at the age of 32.

Oh, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, reportedly passed away from complications of cosmetic surgery, according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s autopsy report.

Page Six reports that she had a gluteal augmentation procedure just days before her death, during which she experienced no complications. The report says she was prescribed antibiotics and Oxycodone after the surgery.

She later developed a headache, to which a nurse advised she take ibuprofen for. She was also advised to stop taking the anti-nausea medication she had been prescribed after the surgery.

The report states Smith began to feel like “her head was burning” and experienced “difficulty speaking” the day after the surgery. A family member called first responders but Smith was unresponsive by the time they arrived.

TMZ reported at the time of her death that a since-deleted social media post from the model said she was going to have a “mommy makeover.”

In a touching statement shared on social media, DC Young Fly remembered her as “the greatest mother I know.”

“I wasn’t in no rush to post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of realty so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner,” he wrote.

The couple met when they both began working on Wild ‘n Out, the improvised comedy series, in 2015.

After her death, a statement was also shared on the show’s official Instagram page. “We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N’ Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” it read. “Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons.”

She had since left the show and became a realtor in Atlanta.

Smith leaves behind three children, whom she shares with DC Young Fly.
