Broh, did you hear? Rick and Morty is back! The seventh season of Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon’s hit animated series has returned on Adult Swim.

The first of ten new episodes, “How Poopy Got His Poop Back,” premiered on October 15, 2023, and the rest will continue to air on Sunday nights. If you have cable, it’s obvious where to watch the new season, but what about if you don’t? No fear, we have you covered.

Season 7 teases endless adventure, and a few major changes, given that co-creator and voice actor Roiland has been ousted from the show due to his sexual harassment allegations. With new actors, new storylines, the same eccentric characters, and, as promised by the network, “probably less piss than last season,” the anticipation is higher than ever.

Looking to stream Rick and Morty Season 7? Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch the new season of the animated comedy.

How to Stream Rick and Morty Season 7

We’re not going to lie, streaming Rick and Morty Season 7 is a bit difficult. According to a press release, new episodes will be available for purchase in the United States from digital retailers, such as YouTube, Vudu, Google Play, and Apple TV, the day after they premiere on Adult Swim. That means new episodes will be available for purchase on Mondays throughout the show’s run from October 15, 2023, to December 17, 2023.

The press release also states that the new season will be available to stream in 2024, presumably on Hulu and Max.

So, what’s the best way to stream new episodes… without shelling out the extra cash? New episodes of Rick and Morty can be viewed live on Adult Swim through cable or a live TV subscription. Cable subscribers can watch by using their cable username and password in the Adult Swim app, which is available on iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV, and live TV bundles include YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, DirectTV Stream, and Sling TV — which all come with Cartoon Network.

If none of those options apply to you, then you’ll have to hope that the new episodes stream for free on the Adult Swim website. In the past, it hasn’t been a problem and new episodes have streamed the day after they air. In fact, the website is known for doing infinite streams of the popular animated show. However, the website isn’t a reliable place to watch new episodes as sometimes the new episodes are only available for a brief period of time, if at all.

Rick and Morty Seasons 1-6 are available to stream on Hulu and Max.
