Five Nights at Freddy’s, which is coming to theaters and Peacock this week, is a horror movie for anyone traumatized by Chuck E. Cheese and his gang at a young age.

Directed by Emma Tammi, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Cawthon and Seth Cuddeback, Five Nights at Freddy’s is based on the video game franchise of the same name about a security guard at a family fun center, who finds himself at the mercy of four murderous animatronic killing machines every night. The film stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Matthew Lillard. It’s the latest silly horror romp from Blumhouse Productions, and it’s coming both to theaters and streaming just in time for Halloween weekend.

What is the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie release date?

Five Nights at Freddy’s will open theaters and on Peacock this Friday, October 27. You can find a showing at a theater near you via Fandango.

When does the FNAF movie come out on Peacock?

Five Nights at Freddy’s will be streaming on Peacock Premium on the same day it opens in theaters: on Friday, October 27.

You can sign up for Peacock Premium to watch Five Nights at Freddy’s with ads for $5.99 a month, or you can sign up for Peacock Premium Plus to watch Five Nights at Freddy’s without ads for $11.99 a month. Both tiers will give you access to the movie. However, you will not be able to watch Five Nights at Freddy’s on the free version of Peacock.

While there used to be a 7-day free trial for Peacock Premium, unfortunately, the streamer has ended its free trial service. So you’ll either need to cough up the cash or get a login from a friend.

What time will the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie be on Peacock?

Based on previous Universal theatrical movies that were simultaneously released on Peacock like Halloween Ends, Five Nights at Freddy’s should be available to stream on Peacock Premium at 12 a.m. ET on October 27, or 9 p.m. PT on October 26.
