Ana Navarro Calls Out Ivanka Trump On ‘The View’ For Claiming She Can’t Testify During A School Week: “She Was At Kim Kardashian’s Birthday Just A Couple Weeks Ago”

The View went in on Ivanka Trump this morning, slamming the daughter of former president Donald Trump after she claimed she was unable to testify at a fraud trial for her family because of her children.

Ivanka said she would would experience “undue hardship” if she was called upon to testify “in the middle of a school week,” but her request was denied yesterday (Nov. 2) by a New York appeals court.

Her attorney had argued, “Ms. Trump, who resides in Florida with her three minor children, will suffer undue hardship if a stay is denied and she is required to testify at trial in New York in the middle of a school week, in a case she has already been dismissed from, before her appeal is heard,” per CNN.

Now that Ivanka’s argument has been shot down, she will appear in Supreme Court in Manhattan next Wednesday (Nov. 8). Donald is taking the stand on Monday (Nov. 6).

Ana Navarro was disgusted by Ivanka’s request, pointing out that the former first daughter has access to private planes and has her own funds to travel from her home in Florida to the trial in New York City.

“Ivanka gets absolutely no sympathy from me and I think from most American women and men who have to balance all sorts of duties,”she began. “Girl, I fly back and forth between Miami and New York at least twice a week, and I don’t have a private jet or $2 billion from the Saudis, so I think you can do it for one day.

“There’s a bunch of people, women, who show up to court pregnant. There’s people who have to show up and balance work duties,” Navarro continued. “She’s got the means, certainly.I mean, she was at Kim Kardashian‘s birthday just a couple of weeks ago.”

Navarro added, “She traveled all over the world when she was at the White House, and the children were even smaller. Also, don’t these children have a father that can take care of them on a school day?”

For the record, Ivanka’s children do have a father who could take care of them while she travels to New York. That would be Jared Kushner, who shares children Arabella, Joseph and Theodore with Ivanka.
