It looks like Vicki Gunvalson and Teddi Mellencamp‘s years-long feud is not coming to an end any time soon. On Monday night’s “Dynamic Duos” episode of BravoCon Live, Andy Cohen‘s surprise attempt for the women to reconcile was immediately shot down once Mellencamp made an off-hand cancer dig.

The mega-awkward moment came during a taping at this year’s BravoCon when Cohen played a game of “Squash that Beef,” in which two random Bravolebrities who are “currently on the outs” join the host centerstage to “hash it out and find a resolution.”

After Cohen pulled his “shady shaft,” Gunvalson was called up to bat. Shortly after, Mellencamp strutted out from backstage, surprising not only Gunvalson but everyone else in the room.

“I know you find her annoying. You have had her banned from attending the Tres Amigas [show],” Cohen told Gunvalson. “Is there hope for you two to come together? Is there a problem? Does she talk poorly? Does she try to take Tamra [Judge] away from you?”

The Real Housewives of Orange County star promised she can “share” her friends — including Judge, who co-hosts the Two T’s in a Pod podcast with Mellencamp. However, she called out the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star for shadily asking where she was on Jan. 6, 2021. According to Gunvalson, she was at her condo in Puerto Vallarta — not at the insurrection at the Capitol.

“Here’s the thing, Vicki. I tried to give you a little bit of grace,” Mellencamp said. “I originally thought that maybe you had issues between me and Tamra being such close friends, then I realized that you were probably just triggered by somebody that actually has cancer.”

Everyone’s jaws hit the ground following the remark. For those who don’t know, Mellencamp was recently diagnosed again with melanoma, which is a form of skin cancer. And in Season 10 of RHOC, Gunvalson’s now ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers was caught faking his own cancer diagnosis to gain sympathy from the cast, who disapproved of their relationship. The truth eventually came to light after much questioning, though Gunvalson has always insisted that she was not part of the hoax.

“That’s so gross. You’re gross,” Gunvalson told Mellencamp. “I have no respect for somebody who would say that to me. How dare you.”

The ladies were clearly unable to squash their beef, prompting Gunvalson to take a shot of tequila to help her calm down during the commercial break.

“I might want two,” she told Cohen. And we don’t blame her!
