Live from the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, it’s the inaugural edition of The Netflix Cup!

Hosted by Bert Kreischer, Joel Dahmen, Kay Adams, and former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch, Netflix’s first live sports event is an eight-hole clash between four two-person teams made up of one Formula 1 driver and one PGA Tour pro. The first match features Lando Norris and Rickie Fowler taking on Carlos Sainz and Justin Thomas, with Alex Albon and Max Homa joining forces to battle Pierre Gasly and Collin Morikawa in the second match.

The winners of each matchup will collide in a playoff hole for a chance to take home the Netflix Cup, which I’m picturing as a Stanley Cup adorned with stickers from Stranger Things, Squid Game, and Orange is the New Black. It honestly doesn’t get much more prestigious than that!

What Is The Netflix Cup?

The Netflix Cup features four teams of two players (one Formula 1 driver and one PGA Tour pro) competing in an eight hole match play at the Wynn Golf Club. The top team from each foursome will then battle it out in a playoff hole to crown a winner. Per Netflix, the game will played in a scramble format.

Match 1: Lando Norris (McLaren Racing) and Rickie Fowler vs. Carlos Sainz (Scuderia Ferrari) and Justin Thomas

Match 2: Alex Albon (Williams Racing) and Max Homa vs. Pierre Gasly (BWT Alpine F1 Team) and Collin Morikawa

Match 3: The winner of Match 1 vs. the winner of Match 2, with the victorious team taking home the Netflix Cup.

The Netflix Cup starts Tuesday, November 14 at 6:00 p.m. ET on Netflix.
