Why Isn’t ‘The View’ On Today? When Will ‘The View’ Return?

We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but unfortunately, a new episode of The View will not air on ABC today. Instead of chatting it up at the Hot Topics table, the co-hosts will be off celebrating the long holiday weekend with their loved ones.

The last time we saw Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Joy Behar and Alyssa Farah Griffin was on Wednesday (Nov. 22). This short hiatus marks the first break they’ve gotten since the show returned for Season 27 after Labor Day back in September.

So, why exactly is The View off the air today? When will it be back with new episodes?

Why isn’t The View on today?

Like many of us, The View is currently taking a short break for Thanksgiving weekend. While a new episode isn’t airing today, you can always flip your channel and watch Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in its place!

When does The View return?

It won’t be long until The View comes back to ABC. In fact, the daytime talk show will start back up again with new episodes on Monday, Nov. 27 beginning with the panel’s interview with MCU heartthrob Chris Evans.

What episode of The View will air today?

The View might not be airing new episodes for the rest of this week, but ABC will be playing reruns, meaning you can catch up on anything you might’ve missed!
