It turns out Jeopardy! contestant Nick Cascone is a man of many talents. According to Yahoo! Entertainment, apart from being a trivia wiz, he has a fairly extensive acting resume, as well.

Although he is now an orthopedic physician assistant in the L.A. area, Cascone began his career as an actor after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Purchase College, State University of New York in 1986. He ultimately scored notable credits as Bobby Buell in Titanic in 1997, and appeared in TV shows such as Moonlighting, Star Trek: The Next Generation, L.A. Law, The West Wing, and Drake & Josh, per IMDb.

Other films he appeared in include Baby Boom and Dragonfly. His final acting job was on The Jake Effect in 2006.

He began attending Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in 2005 to earn his Physician Assistant Bachelor of Science, which he eventually received in 2007, per his LinkedIn page.

Cascone landed his first appearance on Season 37 of Jeopardy! in March 2021, per Yahoo! Entertainment. According to TV Insider, he most recently earned a position in the upcoming Tournament of Champions following a win in the first-ever Champions Wildcard competition.

Fans have previously pointed out Cascone’s credits on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter). Interestingly enough, on Monday (Nov. 27), one fan wrote, “I can’t believe Nick has been on this many episodes of #Jeopardy and no one has asked him about his role in Titanic,” to which Cascone replied that he “talked about it in the only game [he] lost so far, back in 2021 with [fill-in host] Dr Oz.”

“Bad luck to bring up a disaster?” he added.

According to Yahoo! Entertainment, in terms of what he plans to do with his prize money, Cascone told Ken Jennings on Monday night’s episode that he’s “been thinking about this for a while.”

“I think I’m gonna make a big pile of ones and fives and sleep on it like a dragon,” he shared.
