‘Golden Bachelor’ Gerry Turner To Get Married Live On TV in ABC’s ‘Golden Wedding’

The Golden Bachelor may be over, but it turns out Gerry Turner’s journey to a proposal was just the beginning. That’s right, Bachelor Nation! The senior soiree isn’t over yet. You’re cordially invited to a Golden Wedding!

During The Golden Bachelor‘s live two-hour finale and After The Final Rose special on Thursday, November 30, host Jesse Palmer repeatedly promised viewers a big surprise, and before the night ended he delivered in epic fashion.

The Bachelor franchise may be taking a break for the month of December, but on January 4, 2024, ABC is airing a live Golden Wedding special so fans can celebrate Gerry Turner and Golden Bachelor winner Theresa Nist’s big day as one big happy Bachelor Nation family.

“After lifetimes of love and lose and a whirlwind journey on The Golden Bachelor, Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist will walk down the aisle and begin the next chapter of their lives; happily ever after on The Golden Wedding, hosted by Jesse Palmer,” an invitation from ABC reads.

The Golden Wedding will premiere Thursday, January 4 on ABC from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET. So be sure to set your calendars for the special event and plan your watch parties accordingly! (Consider breaking out the champagne and cocktail party dresses for the couch this time!)

As always, the special will be available for next-day streaming on demand, Hulu (and Disney+!) in case you miss it. So fear not! You can watch live, belatedly, or on a loop with tissues in hand.
