With everything from brand new titles to long-awaited continuations of fan favorites, Netflix’s diverse and delightful December 2023 premieres are sure to have something for everyone.

The streamer is set to help you celebrate the new month with premieres from highly-anticipated continuations of established hit series across several different genres (so there’s truly something for everyone), like Sweet Home: Season 2, The Crown: Season 6 Part 2, and Hilda: Season 3.

The shows second season sees the return of Cha Hyun-soo (Kang) and his fellow survivors from the Green Home apartment complex as they leave the building behind to fight to survive in the outside world where the stakes are higher and no one is safe from the deadly monsters and additional new beings and phenomena that they have never faced before.

  2. Yu Yu Hakusho

    DESCRIPTION: Based on Yoshihiro Togashi’s beloved 1990s manga and anime series of the same name, Yu Yu Hakusho is a brand new live-action adaptation from Netflix that is sure to attract both longtime fans and newcomers to the story. Yu Yu Hakusho is an action-comedy fantasy series that follows a teenaged delinquent named Yusuke Urameshi (Kitamura), whose dying act of goodness ends up giving him a unique opportunity in the afterlife. Since his final selfless act of heroism made Yusuke have no clear place in either heaven or hell, he has been given a position to walk the line in between each as an Underworld Detective who investigates cases involving rogue spirits, demons, and supernatural beings in the world of the living.

These last episodes will also feature the wedding of Prince Charles (West) and Camilla Parker Bowles (Williams), and Queen Elizabeth II (Staunton) reflecting on her life and reign as she gets ready for a time when Charles and William will take over the crown.

Now that the show has moved past its original source content as detailed in Luke Pearson’s graphic novel series of the same name, Hilda: Season 3 is full of plenty of great surprises as a visit to Hilda’s great-aunt (Margolyes) sparks an interest in fairies that leads to some unforeseen self-discovery and side quests.

Bur for Berlin, the risk is usually worth it, since according to him, nothing can brighten up a dark day like love or stealing a fortune.
